Zimbra desktop currently doesn't have calendar or documents support-it's under development:

Please be sure to check back regularly, we will continually be adding new features to Zimbra Desktop; here are some features on the near horizon:
  • Support for Calendar, Documents, and Zimlets
  • Pick folders to sync
  • Support for POP and IMAP accounts

We are actively working on calendar support and other features like standalone pop/imap support. No release date is set but should be in the near future. Thanks!
