Default [SOLVED] Zimbra desktop opensource ?

On the product page http://www.zimbra.com/products/desktop.html

i have found

"
Zimbra Desktop benefits:
...
* It's open source; expensive investments in proprietary clients are no ...
"

I didn't find ZimbraDesktop in the svn sourceforge repository.

On the Kevin's blog
http://www.zimbra.com/blog/archives/..._launched.html
there is mention that ZimbraDesktop is essentially "extracted" from Zimbra 5.0 tree.

The question is: Is it going to released as opensource ? If yes, under what license ?

Regards,
Ernad

Yes it is open source. We are having some technical issues in pushing the source code out, but it will be there soon. Thanks!

Under the same MPL/ZPL license as the rest of the Zimbra client/server.

Default zimba desktop source ?

I have been looking into the last 5.0 beta 2 source tarball and didn't find zimbra desktop related source.

Is there any info about that, and source availability generally (last few months svn is not updated - there are only source tarballs when a new release comes out)

Thank you,
Ernad

Yes, and also why does the Zimbra desktop page say "Zimbra Desktop is free to users of both Open Source and Network Edition users to evaluate (pricing and availability have not been set)."?

Is Zimbra desktop going to be "free" and "open source"? I seem to be getting conflicting reports on that...
