    Default Help...I just ran some update on ZD and now....

    ...it appears I have to re-enter all of my email ids and passwords again. Is that correct?
    Did the "update" eliminate all of that!?
    Please confirm.

    I had the same thing happen to me. I had to re-enter the accounts. BUT ....... ALL my data, email, contacts, etc is nowhere to be found. And before someone asks, no, I do not have a ZD backup. Is someone able to help me locate my data?
    FYI, I did a system restore to before the update but that still did not help.

    Not me. But I did have to VALIDATE my 2 two gmail accounts to get them functional.

    Did anybody test this update before releasing it to the general public!

    What about email archived to local folders where is that gone now?

    After years saying it's EOL we get this update that WIPES the accounts...that's a fresh install not an update..

    More information would be needed regarding the accounts and the service. What was the previous version of ZD before upgrade? If you want you may also report the issue at bugzilla.zimbra.com.

    zdesktop_7_2_2_ga_b11951_20130318071431_win32 syncing to a ZCS 7.2 network edition + gmail, yahoo and another ZCS 8

    After the "update" everything looked ok, the accounts were there but when the laptop was restarted the zdesktop windows is now empty of all the accounts.
