I downloaded Zimbra Desktop a few weeks ago and for a while all has worked ok. I had set up five different emails addresses on an IMAP account, but then two of them stopped working. I get the message 'User account authentication failed. Please check username and password'. I have tried deleting these two accounts and re-creating them, but I'm still getting the same message. I have done exactly the same on all the different accounts.

Please help because I'm fed up with having to sign and sign out of BT all the time.
