Question Linking to files on a shared LAN

I'm new to the forum and have been using Zimbra for probably a year. Today is the first time I have not been able to find a work around and accomplish something that is very easy in Outlook, send a hyperlink to a file on a shared LAN in the body of an email. Before someone says just attach it the file is a tutorial video and is too large for attaching.

I've searched the 'net and all I found was forum posts from years ago saying it is not possible in Zimbra. I've used the search function here trying to find answers but do not find anything.

A little guidance would be helpful.

    Thanks

180 views and no responses, that is about what I expected. Zimbra is ideal for a bunch yuppies sitting in Starbucks sipping latte's and sending pictures of their pet cats to each other but more useless than a cat for real world business use.

Please don't send me pictures of your cat, I hate cats.
