    Default How to enable the read receipt feature by default

    Hello,
    if I send an email from the web client, with the setting always ask for a read receipt, when the recipient receives the email, he sees the request for a read receipt.
    If I do the same operation from Zimbra Desktop 7.2.2 GA (Build 11951), the recipient will not see the request for a read receipt.
    How do I set up an account (Zimbra Desktop) to request read receipt by defult ?
    I hope someone can help me.

    It's in the Preferences/Mail page but you should be aware that this feature is only for a Zimbra account.

    Hello Bill, thanks for the reply

    in the preferences of zimbra desktop is the only parameter When I receive a read receipt reques for a while I need to be able to set up zimbra desktop parameter Always request read receipt.

    The parameter Always request read receipt on the web client can be set up and working, while on zimbra desktop is not present and must be set manually each time you send a new email.

    I need to know if you can set the parameter Always request read receipt by default on zimbra DESKTOP

    Sorry, I misread your request. There is no option to set "request read receipt" in Zimbra Desktop.
