Default is Zimbra desktop a close replacement for Outlook Express?

Please forgive me for not thoroughly parsing all the information on the website but I don't understand whether this is a product that fits my needs. All I want is a PC e-mail client; I have no interest in cloud usage. Like so many other people, I have been using Outlook Express and am looking for something as similar as possible that I can use in Windows 7. My Outlook Express setup is fairly complex, with six identities, one with 4 POP accounts and 1 IMAP account, two others somewhat less complex, and three that are just archives with no e-mail accounts. Naturally, I'm hoping to migrate the whole thing without too much difficulty. Is it possible to find what I'm looking for here?

    Thanks,
    Ellen

Not really. Zimbra desktop is a dead product on borrowed time. I would normally suggest something like Mozilla Thunderbird, but it's not under active development either.

Personally I use zimbra for work because we use a zimbra server ( which rocks ), and I use thunderbird for my personal mail because it handles multiple accounts, profiles, personalities and filters really well, but it's no longer under active development.

It's just EOL while the replacement is under development, it still works as designed and nothings changed about that. I would suggest the O/P would be best installing it and see if it fits his needs.
