Thread: Cannot Open Zimbra Desktop

    Default Cannot Open Zimbra Desktop

    My Zimbra Desktop was working fine last night when I turned off the pc but this morning when I tried to open it I was shown a box 'Prism - Mozilla Labs' asking me for URL etc. I have tried to get rid of this and open Zimbra but it will not open, does anybody have a idea of what I can do to remedy this problem?

    It helps if you give details of the product version you're using, the installed operating system and any SP level and whether you've recently done any updates to installed software or the operating system. if this isn't the latest version of ZD you should upgrade (you should always take a backup before any software upgrade).

    A search of the forums reveals these posts, try some of the solutions in there.

    Thanks for your reply.

    My system is:
    Win 7 x64
    4Gb RAM
    AMD 3Gb processor

    As far as I am aware I was running the newest version of ZD, not sure how to find out as I cannot open it, but I remember it running updates recently.
