Can't move emails to created folders

I just started using Zimbra Desktop (7.2.1 GA build 11637) and trying to move emails from the inbox to folders that I have created but it won't move and I get the following error:

"An unknown error (remote.CONNECT_FAILURE) has occurred."

Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this?

I have the same problem. Trying to archive emails to local folder. Local folder is set up but when I try to move emails to it, I get the error message "An unknown error (remote.CONNECT_FAILURE) has occurred." I see a few posts with the same message in the Forum but I see no responses from anyone including Zimbra. I am using Zimbra Desktop 7.2.2 GA (build 11951).

Please advise.
