In Zimbra Desktop you cannot send messages with file attachments. Message just sits in the outbox. This problem occurred a couple of months ago and was fixed .The the problem only occurs with BT Yahoo accounts.

Assuming you haven't changed the ZD version, if the problem keeps recurring with a specific mail account and gets 'resolved' then the problem is likely to be with the mail account provider not Zimbra. I'd guess you need to contact them about the problem and provide detailed information about any errors you see and what you are trying (including the size and type) to send as an attachment.Quote:

When the same problem occurred before it was the Zimbra techies that fixed it. Getting yahoo to do it is like platting fog !! Would be grateful if you could communicate with the Zimbra techies responsible for fixing it last time I'm sure they could fix it fairly easily.
