The tab for which I can set the appearance of my desktop. I have vers. 7.1.4 (new install) on Mac SL(10.6.8

That doesn't look like any ZD I've seen before , I don't use a MAC so I've no idea if it's any different that on linux. There is no Options tab, on my ZD (and the ZCS web UI) it's "Preferences" and the options are displayed in the left-hand menu.
