Some general issues-need help

Hello friends,

We recently migrated from IBM Lotus Domino 8.5 to VMWare Zimbra 7.2 Network Edition on RHEL 6.0.

Most of our 50 users are using Web Mail Interface, but 5-6 users are using Zimbra Desktop.

We need help in following issues, please clarify if the issues are pending features or bugs or any workaround is possible-

Zimbra Desktop doesn't ask any password when starting (after setting up the Zimbra Account)-

Sort mails by name -

Unable to paste excel sheet with Borders & Formatting-

Reminder for follow up on any individual mail being sent. Ability to see alert and re-forward if necessary.-
