Thread: Desktop won't set up Facebook??

    Default Desktop won't set up Facebook??

    I am trying to link facebook with my Zimbra desktop on my windows 7 machine- when I "add" the account, it opens up a window and says "Please close this window" and nothing occurs. What am I doing wrong?, then i go back to social accounts and nothing is there. please help before i delete this program.

    Default Looks like VMWare isn't interested in.......

    finding a solution to the problems with facebook not working in the zimbra desktop. I have seen several posts on here and on there facebook page about people having issues with facebook and the desktop and noone is fixing it.

    These are Community Supported forums not official Zimbra support, people that post on these forums do so voluntarily and when they have the tim.

    The correct place for filing bug reports is in bugzilla not these forums, have you bothered to search there and see if there's anything filed or even filed a bug report yourself? That will get the attention of the Developers.

    9 months later, and nothing has been fixed, have the same problem on a mac, been wasting an hour of my time on this issue..

    Nine months later and nobody has filed a bug report? Nothing will get fixed without filing a report and merely posting here will net get it fixed.

    you are also repeating yourself, 9 months later without really looking closer into the issue at hand. There are 7 bug reports, I checked it out. But they are not considered serious. So nothing will happen. BTW there are too many bugs to even bother with posting a bug report in Zimbra, i found out after using it for only one day.

    Actually there is one open bug report that relates to Zimbra Desktop with one vote and a few users have commented on it, is it surprising it's low priority?. Find out how bugzilla works, add your vote and/or comments and full details of your problem.
