Zimbra Desktop 7.1.4 (build 11299)
Two questions:
1. Please guys, I need help badly. I installed Zimbra Desktop a few hours ago to be able to download all my emails from a free Yahoo account to my desktop. I want to save those messages on my computer to open them with other email clients like Outlook Express or at the very least be able to save them all as txt messages. I can see all the messages on the Zimbra application being downloaded, but I see no option anywhere to save all these messages on my computer as text or as an extension that Outlook Express would recognize. I want to keep a copy of the messages on the server too.
Again, I need to back up thousands of important messages to my computer, which includes the "sent" folder's emails, to later open with Outlook Express or at the very least be able to save them as txt messages somewhere on my computer.
I need to:
- Save all Yahoo free email account messages saved locally so I can open them with Outlook Express 6
- Keep a copy of the messages on the server.
2. Does the "move" button on the Zimbra application "removes" my messages from the server after messages are "moved" let's say to a LOCAL folder I create with the Zimbra application?
Thank you so much for any help you can provide.
J.C.
