    Default Emails have disappeared in Archived Local Folder

    I recently backed up and restored my work email account from my laptop to a desktop PC. When the transfer was complete I checked every folder to verify that everything made it. It all went smooth and there were no problems.

    Now it's a week later and looking through my local folder it seems as though 99% of the emails are gone! All of my folders and subfolders are there but the emails have disappeared. The window just says "No results found."

    This is really, really bad. Someone please tell me I just have the wrong box checked and that all of my emails are still there.

    I'm still having this issue. If anyone can help I would certainly appreciate it.

    In the meantime I tried restoring from the original backup file (from 5/4). Same thing, the message I'm seeing in each archived folder is "No results found".

    Forgot to mention:

    Zimbra Desktop 7.1.4 GA (build 11299)
    Windows 7 Professional - Service Pack 1
    Brand spanking new HP desktop

    If any further info is needed let me know.

    I saw another post here from last year where it looked like someone was experiencing the same thing I am. There wasn't a resolution though.

    Finally fixed the problem. I bought and installed Outlook 2010 and now my emails don't disappear anymore.
