Do you mean mail as well? There are several threads that cover that topic, basically you'll have to transfer the mail to a server then connect to that account and sync Zimbra Desktop with the account. Why isn't your mail still on the mail server?

You should be able to exort the contacts as a .csv file then import them into ZD. Take a look at the wiki article on the subject.
