Spam Button???

Hi,

Can anyone tell me exactly what pressing the Spam button does, other than moving select message in to junk folder?

It seems that I'll push the button on one email, then a few days later get the same email, sometimes same sender, and it doesn't go to spam.

I must have something set up wrong?

Anybody have a suggestion?

The Spam button does exactly that: move marked Spam messages to the junk folder. Its like having a function/button key that moves emails straight to the junk folder without drag-and-drop or pressing the delete key.

Try using Filters instead.

Rich, it depends whether you're using ZD with IMAP or with Zimbra account.

If you're using ZD with IMAP, then Spam/Not Spam buttons simply set flag on message and move it between folders, that's all.

If you're on Zimbra account, then Spam/NotSpam also pass marked messages to spam/ham training.

I am using with a Zimbra account on 01.com.

It seems that it's not getting trained to well.
