    Default All data is missing

I have been using Zimbra for about a month. I was having problems and HP played on my computer for a wile changing settings. Then my scheduled clean up of registry occured, now it is like I have never used Zimbra Desktop. When I opened it up it asked me to add an account. I have used a recovery software to try to recover a ".Tgz" file as I understand that is where everything is located. But no luck. Can anyone please help? Desperately trying to receover missing emails and schedule.

Hi, did you configured scheduled backups or at least any backup of your ZDesktop accounts before machine trouble?

After doing a search of my computer, i am able to find what appears to be all of the emails. I just can't figure out how to get zimbra set up correct again. I did do a back up. I have searched my computer and cant find the back up file. Any suggestions on how I can locate someone that is an expert in this field and I can just pay them to correct the issue?

Which city/country are you based in?

You say you did backup, where and how did you?

You say you found a folder containing missing emails? If so, what is it called, where is it stored? what folder is it stored in? Make a copy of this folder, if possibly on a removable drive.

You say there is a .tgz file, what does it contain? Where was it stored? Make a backup of this file to.

If you do have the contentsaved somehow, them resulting it to Zimbra is possible. But backup the content before trying anything.

I think you should be able to restore it by putting the content in a Zimbra folder, then reinstalling Zimbra and selecting that folder as user data location.
