Where to get incoming server and port.

Dear Forums,

I have downloaded Zdesktop_7_1_2 to my PC so that I can read and save my working email to my PC. But I'm unable to complete the configuration for my email account. Is anyone have the config guide. Below are my email address and webbase that I usually login to my email.

Email Web: Zimbra Collaboration Suite Log In
Email address: coo@cscx.com.my

You really don't want to post your email address in a public forum (you might want to edit your post). You should check with you mail administrator for the server address but it should be the same as the one you use for the Web interface.

BTW, you should advise the administrator of your server that they should change the mode that zimbra uses for login. They should be using an HTTPS login (not http), it is more secure for public access to a mail server.
