I migrated all my emails from ComF5, because ComF5 was going to delete all their servers.

The migration went fine. All the emails were accessible to me and saved on my computer (supposedly).

Then ComF5 went ahead with their purge.

Now, when I try to run Zimbra Desktop, I get a white pop-up window opening, the spinning icon that signifies that it's loading, followed a while later by the message:

Couldn't access Zimbra Desktop server. If issue persists after reinstall, please check logs for errors and report to Zimbra Desktop - Zimbra :: Forums.

All my years of archived emails are going? Is the data still on my computer? How I do a resintall and keep all my data?
