Default Configuring for Lavabit Email provider

Hi, I'm new to Zimbra and am having trouble configuring for one email provider Lavabit. They are at lavabit.com. I've used it for years with Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail without a problem. I can't seem to get the configuration with Zimbra to work. The smtp seems ok, I can use Zimbra to send email, but it won't log in and pick up email. When I try configuring it in Setup, I get error "Failure communicating with remote server. Please try again later". Ive tried different server names (in addition to the same ones I use with other programs) with SSL without SSL, Imap, not imap etc. It won't work. Support at Lavabit tried it and has the same difficulty but said if they can help, let them know what they can do.

I'm using Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2 (build 10978) on a Windows 7 - 64 bit system.

Is there any help for this? Zimbra does work for me with my Gmail and Roadrunner accounts just fine.
