No Sync from G-mail

I've used Zimbra for several years with great success. G-mail is my email address. A couple of weeks ago sync from g-mail to my inbox stopped.
After investigation I found that in g-mail my emails were bypassing the inbox and going directly to my g-mails all mail box. Since only inbox messages in g-mail will sync with Zimbra inbox my problem is found.
The only G-mail solutions to the the problem that worked was turning off Zimbra sync .
Now the mail goes into g-mail inbox as it should. How ever, When I reactivate Zimbra it shows that Zimbra is syncing but nothing is synced to Zimbra. And all emails in the G-mail inbox go into the all mail folder. If I deactivate Zimbra, G-mail works normally again.
Any ideas???
