Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2 and Outlook 2007 Inbox not syncing

I'm using a Zimbra Collaboration Server email account with several computers using Outlook 2007 and a new HP slate with Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2. Outlook really slows down the slate, so I tried Zimbra Desktop which seems to work better.

The only problem is when I move items from the inbox to other folders while I'm on any Outlook pc the messages will move on all pcs but the slate running Zimbra Desktop.

The Zimbra Desktop will not sync the inbox for my Zimbra Collaboration Server email account, but it works fine with my other IMAP accounts.

Also when I move items out of the inbox using the Zimbra Desktop, this doesn't sync with any of the Outlook pcs.

Shouldn't my Zimbra Collaboration Server email account sync on the server and work the same on all mail clients?

I've searched the forums and internet and couldn't find anything on this.
