After marking the box to Play Sound when new email arrives, it still stayed quiet. I obviously checked on all volume controls but its fine. Everytime a new email comes in, it doesnt perform the proper notifications as marked, such as playing a sound (most important), highlighting bar, etc...Can anyone help me on this? Thanks.
