Zimbra Desktop Proxy Server Configuration

I am attempting to use Zimbra Desktop ver 7.1.2 or Beta 7.1.3 with Windows XP configured to connect with my Yahoo E-mail account via proxy server.

I continue to receive the error Cannot Connect To "zimbra.imap.mail.yahoo.com:993". I have attempted to modify both the all.js and user.js files with my proxy server details with no success.

I have read bug # 30313 which seems to indicate that this problem has been solved in Beta ver 7.1.3 but I cannot get it to work either.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
