Default Use yahoo disposable email address in Zimbra

Having created a disposable yahoo email address I wondered if it is possible to create a new email with Zimbra Desktop from this address?

Hi Steve

Not sure if I understand your problem is but I have 2 x gmail and 1 x Yahoo set up in ZD and it works find.

Just go to setup and then ZD will sync. After that you can do all your work from ZD instead of going to Yahoo on the browser.

It works pretty well actually.

Regards
Alan

Hi Alan,
Thanks for your reply. I do already use a number of email accounts in ZD but recently I was looking for a way to avoid creating new emails accounts in order to beat spammers. I noticed that Yahoo mail allows you to create "disposable email addresses" linked to your primary address so you can hide your primary address for less important emails. If spam becomes an issue the disposable address can be deleted and a replacement created keeping your primary account. Any way I created a disp. address and opened ZD hoping to create a new email using this new address, but it doesn't appear in the "from" list. So I'm trying to find out if there is a way to configure ZD so it appears in the list or do I have to log in to my Yahoo account every time I want to use the disp. address facility?
Regards
Steve
