Default Autocomplete failed

Greetings, as of the last 2 weeks my auto complete is failing every single time. I have exited Zimbra desktop, rebooted my machine several times, and I cannot get the auto complete to work again.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be going on, or how to correct?

I have a client that has the same issue. Just updated to ZD 7.1.2, and no joy.

Also reset the GAL on the server, and then did a reset of the account on the client - still - autocomplete fails even with one letter typed in.

Server is running ZCS NE 7.1.4_GA_2555.

Client is on Comcast residential.

ZD 7.1.2 is using port 80, no SSL.

Need a solution.

Default Autocomplete failed

Greetings,

I have downloaded the latest version of Zimbra Desktop. I have tried some of the suggestions (reindexing) and I still cannot get the autocomplete to work at all. Every single time it fails.

It won't even pick up the people in my address book. It was working fine and then just stopped sometime in January.

Any suggestions?

Zimbra Desktop 7.1.4 (build 11273). Just did the upgrade this morning before posting this.

I am having the same issue and finding zero information on how to rectify this. I did not have the problem until the update to 7.1.4 (build 11273)
