The correct place to post a 'problem', as I've mentioned before, is in bugzilla - have you done that?

In future do not post in Capitals in the forums, it's considered shouting and is not acceptable.

Not answering is more rude than shouting and is not acceptable either.
Don't you know that if you speak to somebody and doesn't answer you, the next thing you do is, shouting ?

If this is a forum that cannot tell our problems or we cannot get answers through the moderators, then you better shut this forum down and tell us where to go. All forums are to discuss the problems and give answers no matter if these are positive or not. We cannot be part of one forum and tell the unanswered issues to another place. You are the ones that you should transfer our problems to the bugzilla or whatever and be the intermediate to inform us.
It's really pity that it's one good product with basic problems unsolved and with no support.

It's still not acceptable, do not do it again.

You've been given the answer several times, the correct place to file a problem is in bugzilla - that get's the attention of developers not posting in these forums. If you don't get an answer here (for whatever reason) the file a bug report.

Default A Bug Report Was Submitted For This Issue

I found the following bug report in Bugzilla which seems to address this specific issue. https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=65069 The bug report lists it as fixed in 7.1.4 (build 11210). So, look for that version to resolve this finally.
