Default no such message

I have a few users that are complaining that Zimbra Desktop is coming back with an error message that says "no such message exists" when they try and forward multiple emails from their Local Folders.
We have a ZCS NE email server (Ubuntu 8.04) 7.1.3 which is working great. But my issue is with Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2. When users move messages to their "Local Folders" and then try and forward those messages they get the "no such message exists" message. I have tried to reindex their mailboxes and still have the error. I am not sure if it is reindexing the local mail. Is there a way to force the reindex of all the mail for "Local Folders"? I am starting to believe that "Local Folders" is a bad idea.
