Default Cannot start ZD - unresponsive script WebAppProperties.jsm

Hi,

One of the PC's in our office is unable to run ZD. The spinning circle appears and then after a bit we get a dialog titled "Warning: unresponsive script" stating that "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete". It refers to the file "file:///C:/Program%20Files/Zimbra/Zimbra%20Desktop/win32/prism/modules/WebAppProperties.jsm:176".

If we elect to continue it keeps repeating the above, but now on line 190.

This is on Windows XP - English language.

There was a version of Firefox already installed on this PC. I have tried going into that version and using "admin:config" to increase "dom.max_script_run_time" but that made no difference.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Thanks!

- Steve P.
