New Mail Notification Pop-Up Not Working

Hi,

This is my first post - we are rolling out Zimbra Server and Desktop across our company.

On one of our PC's ZD is not popping up the notification box when new mail arrives - all other PC's are fine.

The PC in question is the same spec as several other machines here and is only a couple of months old. It is running 64-bit Windows 7 - the same as several others.

We tried installing Yahoo Browser Plus and then running ZD in a browser window - and that worked ok. However when we run desktop in its own window we get neither type of pop-up.

We turned on the Error Console but no errors appeared - just a few warnings which didn't seem that relevant.

We have also tried uninstalling/reinstalling and rebooting.

Anybody got any ideas?
