Where does my mail go

After I read it it disapears I need those work emails?
Please help!! or I will have to go back to outlook

Are you clicking on any buttons after you read the mail?

No I am not click anywhere except on the email and then once I read it I exit out of Zimbra desktop.. when I go back its all gone.
