Default email templates/signatures

Hi,

I have now mostly figured out ways to do certain things with Zimbra that I did in Outlook. However, one thing is alluding me. I have several different "standard" emails I send for certain things. In Outlook I had these saved as AutoText snippets.

I can't see a good way to do this sort of thing in Zimbra except to make them into signatures. The problem with that solution is that I keep running into the size limit with signatures.

Is there another way to do this? Some of my standard emails are several paragraphs long so the signature solution just doesn't work unless there's a way to allow signatures to be larger.

Thanks for any suggestions!
