Problema con los correos adjuntos / problem with email attachments

Buenas Tardes,
Espero no molestar con esta pregunta, pero ultimamente he estado enviando correos adjuntos. Me refiero a poner un correo antiguo como adjunto en un correo nuevo, sucede que el correo antiguo tiene un archivo excel adjunto y cuando se envía todos esos correos adjuntos intento abrir del correo antiguo un el excel no abre mucho menos poder descargar. Si alguien le ha pasado esto y sabe como resolverlo, agradecería su apoyo...

Yet again you've posted in the Zimbra Desktop forums, is this a ZD issue? If it isn't, when exactly is this happening? I asked you in another thread to update your forum profile with the ZCS version and release, we need to know that so we don't have to keep asking 'which version of zimbra' - please update your profile.
