Default Appointment summary question

Hello everybody!

I am new in Zimbra Desktop v7 using it for less than a month with my gmail account. Appointments summary is a cool feature but the case is: Appointments summary is sending email early in the morning with the scheduled meetings of the day. As time goes, meetings are done or snoozed. Appointments snoozed are reminded. What happens with the completed appointments???? They keep up coming in the day list. Is there a way to mark an appointment complete and keep it in calendar as archive???? The only solution coming to mind is to set reminder time to "never", but still you have to open 10-20 items daily one by one more than once. I mean appointments might be rescheduled, snoozed, edited, and completed. Looking for a clean way to do it. any ideas????
