Moving Email, address book and other info

I have purchased a new computer and need to move my Zimbra Desktop email, address book and other stuff to the new computer. Waht files do I need to copy to the new install of Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2 build 10978

If you go to Preferences > Backups, you should be able to preform a backup and then copy it to the new computer.

From there you should be able to restore the backup.

when I open Preferences, the 3 categories are Login Options, Searches and Other, I do not see Backup as an option in any of these

erm..... go to the Preferences tab and look in the left-hand pane.

Thanks, so I mark all boxes and backup and then move file to new computer and restore from file, correct (?)
