Default Sync Files in Inbox

When I am Microsoft Outlook or online in Zimbra, I do not see any Sync folders in my window pane; however, when I go into the Zimbra files, Properties, Folder Size - there are 4 files: Sync Issues, Sync Issues/Conflicts, Sync Issues/Local Failures, and Sync Issues/Server Failures. Together, they are utilizing 738512 kb of space. I need to find and empty them.

I have been unable to locate them by searches.

Thanks for your help.

You've posted this question in the Zimbra Desktop forum, is it actually a question about Zimbra Desktop or the Web UI or the Zimbra Connector for Outlook or an IMAP/POP3 connection via Outlook?

You don't 'repost elsewhere', answer the questions I've asked you and if necessary I'll move the thread to the correct forum.

Okay. I didn't realize you had actually asked a question. I thought you were directing me to one of those folders.

I thought my problem pertained to Zimbra Desktop, since the folders are not appearing in either the Outlook folder or in the online web version.
