Deleting Emails by hitting DELETE they still show in ALL MAIL

Hi there,

New to Zimbra... I find it cool so far

Only problem is... When I delete a email with the DELETE button they're still showing up in ALL MAIL

whats the point of deleting if they're going to show up in all mail?

Is there a way to change that?

Deleting seems to be a mystery. I'm off-line deleted emails, so they are in the off-line trash. Then, go on-line for next sync and/or "send/receive" and the on-line version of those emails do NOT move to the on-line Trash. What am I doing wrong?

SOLVED. The instructions seemed a look obscure to me. I deleted in the Desktop and the files were in the Desktop trash. When I went back to the online version on Yahoo mail, those emails were gone. My expectation was that I would find the emails in the online Trash, but no they are gone. For comfort, I made a series of screen prints just to be sure I had the method down. Measure twice, cut once.
