Zimlet loses Twitter and Facebook accounts

I downloaded ZD 7.1.2 (I could not update old Zimbra so had to download anew). It accepts my Twitter and Facebook accounts. See them. When I close and open, they have disappeared. Any suggestions. My browser is Firefox. Thank you.

I have the same problems with the Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2 (compilación 10978). What is the issue? Could be someone help us?
