Unable To Get Back Yahoo Contacts

I reset my Yahoo account while troubleshooting a disappearing calendar issue (still unresolved, see other thread) and am now unable to get back my contacts. I get the "Please finish Yahoo! OAuth process at account setup page." error, but when I go into the account Setup page for that account I don't get prompted for the Yahoo authentication stuff I recall when setting it up a few months ago after that linkage was restored (i.e., authentication code creation and entry). How do I restore my Yahoo contacts access for this account?
