Some skins not available

Do you know why Sand and most of the other Zimbra Server 7.0 skins are NOT available in Zimbra Destkop?

For the simple reason that the developers decided to provide only the ones currently available with ZD? This was a development decision and forum members don't necessarily have access to that information.
