Default What is this???

Hope somebody can explain this to me. I had an email through my old employer, a school - www.pks.biblio.net and although I finished there sometime back I kept using the email mainly for my ebay and amazon activities. For a week now the access to www.pks.biblio.net has been replaced by zimbra login and it does not accept my usual username and password. I had no email warning me of this.

Have I lost all my messages and my email account, or can I get it back?

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to help you. We have no access to that system, it is a service provided by those (two?) organisations and they are the ones you should contact - they are just using the Zimbra software.
