Default Accessing Zimbra Desktop Server

I am running Windows 7 64 bit and have the latest version of Zimbra Desktop installed.
As of today, I am having issues using Zimbra desktop. I have been using the program for months without a problem.
I was receiving error messages so I downloaded the lasted version and first tried to repair it. An error message appeared indicating that it couldn't find update.msi. I then uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. I received the same message I originally received: Couldn't access Zimbra Desktop server. If issue persists after reinstall, please check logs for errors and report to Zimbra Desktop - Zimbra :: Forums. My log file is empty.

Is the server down, or is the problem on my end? If it is on my end what do I need to do to get it functioning again.
