Exclamation Corrupted download?

I've not been able to access desktop since downloading the recent update

After the initial update downloaded, desktop has failed to start/load at all

Followed suggestions of de-install/reinstall and whilst it does appear to complete the download I only get errors stating files are missing

Occasionally I seem to get it all installed, but then after running the initial install wizard, when clicking 'finish' run desktop it either fails to load or brings up script errors of files missing again

I've searched all the forum posts for possible issues but none of the suggested fixes move me on.

Argh! I want my zimbra desktop back!

I'm running Windows 7 Home Edition on a Sony Vaio. Never ever had a problem until this latest update.

Then you appear to have a problem with your download and that's not the same problem as this thread. I'd suggest you don't use a download manager and disable whatever firewall/ant-virus software you may have on your PC to stop any interference with the download. After you have downloaded the file you can (and should) check the MD5 sum of the download. I've had no problems downloading ZD 7.1.2 and installing it on all versions (32bit & 64bit) of Windows.
