Send multiple files to different people. Mail Merge?

I have a folder with 71 excel files in it. I need each file to go to a different person. I want to avoid creating 71 separate emails and attaching each file.

Is there a way I can tell Zimbra to go find each file and send it to the right person? What if I included the email address in cell A1 of each excel file?

Surely there is a way to do this. Mail merge seems unhelpful.
