Default Problem due to account migration

Before I entered work, the previos IT migrated from an old zimbra server several accounts to zimbra dektop 7.0.1.

While the mail seems to be imported more or less fine, the contacts info seems to get lost in the process. The import process seemed to run fine (I've tried to do the same myself with other accounts). After importing you would see the contacts listed, but once you would press the contacts tab, the contacts would dissapear. If I create a new contact it will show right on the list, but not he imported ones.

Still, changing between tabs, or using explicitally the search dialog would sometimes show the old imported contacts instead of the new ones.

So it seems that the contacts are improted but listing fails, maybe due to database inconsistencies at importing.

Is there a way to dump/edit the zimbra database to rescue the contact info?
