Urgent: Incoming and Outgoing not working

Hi,
I have been using ZD on Lion OS for last 1 week. Since today morning I am facing a weird problem. I am unable to receive any incoming message and the outgoing messages are stuck in the Outbox. As soon as I restart ZD, I receive all the mails and the mails from Outbox are send.
I have tried restarting the machine, but nothing has changed. Kindly help urgently.

Surprising it has started working by itself. I suppose that the problem has been solved for now.

Again the problem has started. The mails are stuck in Outbox for hours till the time I don't restart ZD. After restarting, the mails go within seconds.
Kindly look into it. This requires urgent attention.

What mailbox do you use ? Anything happen if you click "Send/Receive" to manually sync ?

I am using Zimbra Desktop and online I am using Horde. Even if I do manual sync, mails are still stuck until and unless I restart Zimbra Desktop. After that the mails go out within seconds.
I am using Mac Lion X 10.7.1.
Kindly help urgently as this is really creating issues.

Still need some basic info. Are you using ZD to connect to a ZCS mailbox or other mailbox like gmail or yahoo mail ? Could you get the logs (zdesktop.log), see if there are some obvious exceptions stack in it ?
