Default Grouping emails by sender

Hi,
I have just installed Zimbra Desktop on Mac OS X Lion. It runs perfectly and is great. The only issue which I am facing is that I am not able to group emails by sender as can be done in outlook. Kindly let me know if this is possible and how?
Regards
RJ

Use the Search function, it's much more powerful than grouping.

Thanks Bill. I know Search is powerful, but Grouping is more neat sometimes. I can type the name and go directly to all the mails from that person. Do you think there is a way to do it?

I would also like to be able to group by sender. The Search is alright in some cases, but I would like to be able to peruse through the emails when I don't know the actual email address which may be all that is known to id the email

If you go to the view panel you can group by conversation which would include sender

True that you can group by conversation, but sometimes unrelated conversations are also clubbed. Secondly, if I want to see some mails send by a particular person, I would like to group them. In Outlook, you simply group them and type the first 2-3 letters of the name. It is easy. Apart from this, I think ZD is awesome. I hope we get a solution for this as well.

OK, I see what you mean. When I use conversations I have no problems with grouping. It brings up all e-mails that have to do with a particular subject.

Yes, I agree with you that ZD is the best e-mail client that I have used and I have tested all.
