Question Forwarding messages

I have set up a few groups of contacts. These are in 'address book'/ 'local folders'/ 'contacts'. Quite often I have the need to forward an email message on to everyone in a group.
I have to click to forward the message; then navigate to the group folder; then select one contact; then 'ctrlA' to select all of the contacts; then right click and select new message; then highlight all of the contacts in the 'to' box; then 'ctrlC' or 'ctrlX'; then navigate back to my message for forwarding; then 'ctrlV' to paste the contacts into the forwarded message. Finally I can forward the message.
Am I missing something? Is there an easier way to do this with contact groups?
