Importing Mac Address Book - HELP!

Hi,
I am a new user to Zimbra, and am excited to have found an all in one email/cal/address product for my Mac (I miss the convenience of my old windows outlook). Working with 3 separate programs on my Mac Snow Leopard is driving me crazy...
However...I have all my contact info diligently entered into my Mac address book, which doesn't have an export to csv option.... How can I import all my address info across to Zimbra Desktop?
If this all proves to be to hard to integrate with the mac software (as advertised that it would)...I might have to keep looking for another solution...
please help - this product looks really good otherwise....
